At least it seems from reading this that it was a better performance. We really need someone up there who can put chances away more regularly than what we currently have though. We just don't take enough of the chances that we do create.

Better second half and looked more lively after the first two subs.

Just can't finish!

First half we were playing wing backs who weren't playing on the wing offensively or defensively and the CM'a weren't playing centrally so the gaps we allowed Bolton to move within was unreal!

Appeared to tighten up second half and restricted Bolton but Burge was still kept busy

Reid's shooting was woeful. Think some of his shots are still in the air!

Bolton caused themselves more problems at the back than we did until late on in the game.

I'd have taken a 1-0 before the game but we should perhaps have earned a draw at least with the chances we had in the second half and how we proved that Bolton were vulnerable st the back.

Paddy madden was free in the summer. We didn't get him but would have been ideal.

We were really hesitant

Lacked believe

Changed the system which gave more impotous

When you lose natural for footballers to drop heads

Playing against top of the table team who have a lot of older heads

Bigi working well on his game. Talented boys

Longer the game went on the boys stood up to the challenge and we pushed them back

More talented individuals came off our bench

Goal came through a miskick

Know we have to get people who can stop those mistakes

Big club with decent team and disappointed we didn't get anything from the game

Last half hour we had more belief (as the game went on)

Pleased we got on the end of a corner (Turnball chance)

Use your luck; can't keep getting misfortune

Sordell and Sterry suspended for Saturday

Bottom line is players have to come in and take opportunity

Pleased with support tonight

Hope we gave them a bit back toward the end
