I got my tickets on Tuesday and printed them off. They all said on the top "BOBBY MOORE - GREEN ZONE".

Last night I got another set e-mailed me, with

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING YOUR TICKETS​

We have identifed a possible error with regards the entrance information displayed on your Print at Home ticket.​

For safety and security puposes please disregard any tickets you have might previously received and instead use the tickets attached.​

and these have "Level Two West - Red Zone" on the top.

Has anyone else had these and how should I get in to sit with Bobby Moore in block 237?

Yes, I've had the same. I'm taking both sets of tickets in case there is an issue!

Just got through to the help line and was to told that it was a legitimate email. She also said that you can use your phone to display the QR code - which would have saved a lot of paper!

I'm taking both prints and a spare phone!

Ask at the entrance which is the right one and you’ll have no trouble unloading the other for £100
