Been reading many posts on the site and this is my first post

Has to be said that there is a lot of negativity about the start of the new season, but two seasons ago Blackpool were one of the favourites pre season for the drop and managed to win the play-offs and be promoted.

I'm not for a second saying that we are on for promotion, I think that we are going to be in for a tough season but none of us know what is going to happen so we might as well try and be positive and think of what if's rather than con-seeding relegation before a ball has been kicked this season

Yes to much negativity on here before a ball has been kicked. I must admit it is the 1st season I have felt so 'flat' at the beginning of the season, but there are some positives, so keep the faith PUSB

Blackpool fan here... the bookies are clueless. Blackpool are always relegation favourites (except this season of course...)

That season us fans we were fairly confident of a top half/play offs finish with the incomings we had in the summer so you can't really compare the two situations.

I really hope you stay up, I live in Allesley and it's a nice local game for me, but I think it's going to be tough season for you. There's still plenty of time in the window for you to sign some players, Le Fondre has been linked... I'd be happy for us to sign him as we also need a couple of strikers asap!

Oh, and please please please beat Leicester! I'd love nothing more than to see them fail this season.
