Any expectation to when they will go on sale? Quite keen to go as a new ground for me.

I'd imagine they'll announce it on Friday and go on sale early next week. Probably one of the bigger allocations we'll get this season so nice and easy to get tickets.

£25 a ticket is what they’ve been charging, should take a couple of thousand if the form holds up

Can get up to 7,000 Leeds took that many one season. We will request an initial allocation and see how that goes

Thought 4K was normal at Blackburn (away capacity not what we’d take)

4k is the normal away allocation which is about 3/4 of the stand. As Blackburn haven't had a crowd over 12k this season in a 31k ground, I imagine we'll be allowed the whole stand if we want it.

Can confirm the Northern based Sky Blues will be turning up for this and Preston! They do great pies in the ground. PUSB

Well i've been waiting 5 days for CCFC to get back to me via email to resolve my login issues.

If they don't then i'll end up in the home end.

I don't like to slag the club off too much but it's piss-poor service.

Yep confirmed he’s in it. No Gyokeres in Sweden squad for their WC qualifiers

I've been told it's going to be a biggie, one of our more well know "Lad's" is celebrating a birthday so expect some familiar faces and decent numbers.

This might become one of those away days we get now and again when big numbers want to go to.

We've taken a lot up there before (cup game when Huckerby scored, in particular)

Edit: Christ, that was back in '97 !!

I believe we had a very big support there in the cup in 1980. Blackburn were only a Division 3 side then, while the week before our young team had beaten the mighty Liverpool, so optimism was high amongst our support. Typically we lost 1-0..

No reason why we can't take 4k+. First game after a boring international break so people will want to watch some football. A win on Saturday and we could sell the lot.

How many did we take for the cup game, when Jordan Henderson played for us?

Over the years we have taken large numbers to Blackburn must have been over 15000 for our promotion decider in 1967 and 7/8000 for a cup-tie in 1980. and a lot to that cup-tie Henderson played in.

Using the word Malteser reminds me of a different legendary striker of ours. How times change. it feels wrong to even remember that. HEs got a malteser on his head! BTW im a person of colour too.

Looked destined for big things at one point. Was never the same after his failed move to Bristol City

for this game in the video, if I remember right, there were about 50 coaches cos they held us at the motorway services to all go in together, and watching the 3rd goal by Adebola, with the stumble and looking like he's lost it, is just like seeing Viktor going through defences now. My lad and me were behind the goal and were on the tv replay going loony hahahha

Yep, that was a hugely disappointing game. Shocked to lose that one. I got back at 7am in the morning after night out as 17 yo, sleeping in minibus until rest of older crowd turned up and then fog on motorway. Memorable trip but not the result.
