Perhaps their multi millionaire owners should subsidise their tickets for them then!

How much are they for away fans? Any more expensive than for us?

I’m torn between the opinions of we shouldn't be charging any fanbase that much for second division football but on the other hand that their behaviour the last few times they have come to our ground has been appalling, and they have made their bed so fuck them

Ultimately though it doesn't sit right with me, there will be normal blokes amongst their dickheads who are having to pay £80 for dad and lad to go to football and regardless of who they support I don't think it is right

I expect some pushback when we go to their place in Jan

Sympathise with them, to be honest. Tickets for Championship games shouldn't be that expensive. It's ridiculous pricing and the Club should hang their heads in shame.

I guess we’re asking their fans to pay up front for the damage they’re likely to cause within the concourse and toilets.

Scruffs should stop causing problems away…

I can understand this argument, they collectively behaved disgracefully the season we beat them last home game to secure the play-offs and it does make it hard to sympathise with them - But I can't say that it sits right, still

That's bollocks. It's a small percentage of their fanbase. I've been to many away games where are fans have caused damage. Last time was Bristol City last season where three kids in their late teens in front of me broke a couple of seats. Should BCFC whack our prices up because of a few dickheads?

Ultimately there is one party who could put a stop to all of this and that is The EFL - For how greedy and money centric the Premier League is they have managed to put a £30 cap on away tickets

I sincerely hope in the meantime that now we own The Arena, have access to other revenue streams and other ways of making money walk-up ticket prices can be addressed and lowered for next season

Bluenoses set to head down the M6

Some absolutely embarrassing comments from Birmingham fans.

This comment is the most ironic:

"Then that pathetic "we won the league at St Andrews song" that they sing to try and rile us.

I can't even begin to understand why they think that song would remotely matter to Blues. Very weird.

Luftwaffe fancy dress for this one, Blues fans."

Claims the song does not matter but is so angry that he goes on to claim Birmingham fans should dress up as the Luftwaffe.

2241 people in Birmingham were killed in the Blitz.

More moronic comments from Birmingham fans:

A reminder, Birmingham give one of the lowest away allocations in the division at just 2003 tickets.

this is the only way it changes. If the away end is full there's more chance of prices going up next season, not down.

That's completely unacceptable, i hope we consider knocking the price down for the chad fans of CCFC and perhaps raising the price for the virgin Blues fans even more to cover the losses.

if they are crying about these prices, wait to they see the prices in the make believe version of the champions league they seem to think they'll be playing in, in a couple of years

Tbf my post about charging them extra for smashing up the toilets was very much tongue in cheek. Our prices are a disgrace. I imagine King’s thought process is that with 23,500 season tickets, 3k away fans and hospitality seats the vast majority of our fans won’t notice or care about the price of a single match ticket but that doesn’t make it right.

They think we still give out 4k allocations... not knowing we have half that stand now, as they took a leave of absence from the Champ last season!
