We've already started the year and drew..remember... on the plus side we are still undefeated in 2026It COULD be if we win and other results go our way, although equally it could be down to six points.
The important thing is that we win our game. At least Hull and Watford can't both win so, if we grab all three points, we either extend our lead over both of them by two points or over one of them by three. As you say, Middlesborough have a tough game at home to Southampton and could lose or draw.

Also, in a derby, it can often be a more even playing field and be more about passion and desire and the physical battles.
