Unnerving is right. A ‘proper’ horror that left me thinking about it for a while after.It takes a lot to unnerve me these days, but that film certainly did.
I enjoyed its originality, and how it didn’t throw up a single jaded, cliche horror trope. Easily the best film I’ve seen for a while.
Did you see Midsommar yet too? I preferred Hereditary but they’re both really good I thought.
