“It's been great working with Carso (Lee Carsley) to be honest because of who he is,” Baker told the Observer. “I think he's done really well since he's come in.
“He hasn't made many changes but he's got us pressing a little bit harder so I think he's doing a good job and all the lads love playing under him.
“We don't really here much or know what's going on off the pitch so we just have to show him the respect he deserves and keep putting 110 per cent in every single time we
play.
“I've not got a bad word to say about him. We obviously want to keep winning for him and there's still a lot of football to be played.”
