It was at the Dell sometime in the mid to late 60's.

I can't remember a thing about the game but my Dad assures me that I was there.

There are plenty of other games over the years that I'd have preferred to forget......

Derby away in the FA cup around 1995/96. Think we lost 3-2 after being in the lead for a long time, pretty sure I cried.

Went the Dell on the Sky Blue express first season in Division One, Maurice Setter kicked the shit out of their centre forward, Ron Davis I think... not sure it was my first game away. But it was great been there with my Dad and Granddad....

Watford in the league cup early 80s, 2-2 in the first leg and then we stuffed them 5-0 in the replay. Think i remember Mark Hately scoring with a 25yd screamer, definitely remember getting jumped by a group of watford fans on the way back to the coach. Exciting days

Wolves 1-0 in 196? - Brian Joicey scored (and we got into Europe?) Remember seeing a car with windows bricked out - just a kid and vaguely remember being a bit intimidated by the size of the crowd and the fact it was dark (night game?). Memories, eh (or lack of it!)

Remember that one well, my brother had broken ribs and they only had one set of turnstiles open and 5,000 or so Cov funnelled into a tiny street (spent a lot of time trying to prevent people crushing his ribs). Great atmosphere - we had a good side then.

Spurs in the League cup 1978. At the time they were in Div 2 after just having been relegated.

Got in ten minutes late and we were already one up!! Think we won 3-1, and remembe Ray Graydon playing on the wing for us. Could be wrong but I think a yound Glen Hoddle might have been playing for Spurs. Remeber their fans on about some kid who was going to set the world alight.

On the way back to the coach some prize prick threw a brick at a passing bus. The coach was surrounded by a baying mob, we were all taken off the coach and searched by the police. The coach was then given a police escort out of London. What a night!!!!

I was about 12 or 13.Away to Birmingham mid 1970s. Think we lost and Mick Ferguson scored?? Definitely remember some meathead blues fan at New St station asking me for my scarf and I told him to ask my Dad (some huge bloke who just happened to be standing next to me!) The Neanderthal didn't know what to make of this..just stood there looking confused....

Not quite sure but do remember going to the Goldstone ground Brighton in the 80's laid off from work so booked on to Harry Shaw on a week night pissed down all day but we won 1-0 Tommy English goal, also remember that Watford game City fans broke down the double Exit doors so lots got in without tickets 1 policewomen trying to hold them shut.

Port Vale 1964 (Easter Weekend, I think) and the last time we were in the Third Division until now. There were 10,000 City fans there that day - Christ we can't fit that many in our "home" ground nowadays.

Very early 80's against one of the brummie teams......can't remember which for sure but think it was WBA. At the time it was 2p for any bus for kids. So it cost max 6p each way. It was a few years after then that I could afford to follow us further away.

Southampton away in 84/85, lost 2-1.

Only memories were sitting in the home end and shouting to Oggy in the warm-up who then gave me a wave and made my day (I was 9) and Kirk Stephens scoring an own goal.
