Sakamoto probably remembers the treatment he got at Norwich previously, when their then manager Wagner admitted targeting him.

It says the FA can become aware of an incident in a variety of ways, one via the Refs report as an incident not seen (so Norwich would have made the ref aware of it). Or Norwich include it in their match report and the Ref is asked did you see?

Possibly other ways the FA can become aware like high profile media attention. But Norwich complaining either to them or the Ref would be the most likely source.

so a big piece in the Cov Telegraph for instance…..

He did. Clement went batshit crazy after Sakamoto's flying clothesline and the ref booked him. Sakamoto was not booked.

I think they would probably be aware of it before Andy Turner submits his reporting-by-numbers piece to the Local paper.

They probably saw it on TV.

FA's stance is to not "re-referee" games as much as possible so unless there is a genuine complaint from Norwich (who won the game so probably aren't that bothered), I would think this one goes away.

when does the 'after match video trawl' take place? I thought it was Tuesdays so maybe weve got away with giving shithouse Norwich some of their own medicine!!

He’s an absolute shithouser so he probably is that sort of player. Remember him undoing the keepers gloves at a corner.

It has become very noticeable in the last month or two that we have become a lot more aggressive all round as a team. We have players pushing and shoving opponents and throwing the odd arm around……why ? It’s not benefitted us at all, our results have dipped and it has detracted from the fabulous football we were playing before we started all that nonsense.

Just flicked through tik tok and the official Norwich page has put out a clip with all off our fouls the other night pretty classless, we should put one out from the home game when they spent more time lying down than standing up.

They've not been able to stop wanking over what Kitching did for them. Might get his own statue at the rate they're going.

Why? Because we have been soft as shit and everyone knew it.
We needed to toughen up. But agreed you don't do that in a stupid way.

Yes just read it in the telegraph site, I got the feeling Frank was unhappy with Sky for milking it, he should give them even more vanilla interviews for a while.

I genuinely think Frank is trying to get a siege mentality thing going, his antics after the S'oton game were Mouriniohesqe

Be interesting to know when the telegraph are going to do an article with a compilation of all the penalties we don't get.

Guess they can't copy and paste that.

I do think we now need to start being all over everything when we get kicked to shit. Properly make meals of it.
