It says the FA can become aware of an incident in a variety of ways, one via the Refs report as an incident not seen (so Norwich would have made the ref aware of it). Or Norwich include it in their match report and the Ref is asked did you see?

Possibly other ways the FA can become aware like high profile media attention. But Norwich complaining either to them or the Ref would be the most likely source.

FA's stance is to not "re-referee" games as much as possible so unless there is a genuine complaint from Norwich (who won the game so probably aren't that bothered), I would think this one goes away.

It has become very noticeable in the last month or two that we have become a lot more aggressive all round as a team. We have players pushing and shoving opponents and throwing the odd arm around……why ? It’s not benefitted us at all, our results have dipped and it has detracted from the fabulous football we were playing before we started all that nonsense.

noticed its worse at set pieces too now, and all of a sudden we've stopped scoring from them!
