...the clubs we are chasing at the wrong end of this league are all playing away from home this week and face strong opposition and doubt any will win.

We are at home. A chance to gain ground...

....trouble is the Boro' are the visitors and next to West Ham have the best away record in the league with one of the meanest defenses. Oh...and we sold our top goalscorer to them last week!

Can't make it up can you?

You can't help but think that if we're still within touching distance of 4th bottom (what a thing to be saying...) by the start of April/end of March, we actually have a chance:

24th March: Pompey (H)
31st March: Hull (A)
7th April: Peterborough (H)
9th April: Bristol C (A)
14th April: Burnley (A)
17th April: Millwall (H)
21st April: Doncaster (H)
Final game: So'ton (A)

Take away the last match, the rest of those make for a pretty good run-in-IF we're still within touching distance.

All of our rivals (in the entire Football League, never mind the Championship) know how to win away this season.

I would say i'd take a draw because they're a good team, but we need a win. Plain and simple we just need to win. Luckily goal difference is on our side so scrappy 1-0's that end up last on the Football League Show please.
