Can you tell me how you come to 450k please? 3 times this amount would be closer if he sells for 8m, although would think it would be less. How much did we sell him for? Undisclosed I suppose The average sell on clause is 20% minus the amount they paid to us. If he went for 2m then it would be 1.2m All guesswork on an undisclosed signing though.

Then the discussion of whether we have 10% or 20% sell on fee. So either £450k or £900k.

I thought that we got 10% of any profit Birmingham made from the £3.5m we sold him for. Therefore 8-3.5=4.5, 10% of that is 450k.
