they own their stadium
they are part-owned by their fans
they have had a philosophy about how they would like to play and progress up the leagues due to this they have had the ability to attract ambitious managers

but even they had to start somewhere? mark robins has at least maybe got us into a position in the league to attract a slightly better calibre of manager than bloody paul ince etc... admittedly though our off field antics dont provide us with the firmest of foundations to progress...
