From what I can gather, what they're doing isn't amazing or clever. Other companies have tried it and courts etc have seen straight through it.

Yeah they may think so, but they aren't footballing people. SISU think they are being cleaver but we will be buggered this season - and the old duffers at the FA are no strangers to making up their own rules to suit...probably make us pay next season by docking points there too.
