Moonstone Holdings, based in Malta, owns 100% of Canmango which owns 98% of London Wasps Holdings. The other 2% is owned by the amateur Wasps club still based in London.

But are they a hedge fund ?

Well this is where the confirmation statement filed by Wasps Holdings can be found

It states that Derek Richardson owns directly or indirectly 75% or more of Wasps Holdings. Not sure if that makes Moonstone a hedge fund or not to be honest. I suspect it isnt
