This all is supposed to have happened decades ago.
Shouldn't there be some Statute of Limitations on these claims?
If you don't report something within a reasonable time, you should lose the right to.
What possible legitimate reason is there for waiting so long?
How can anyone remember the details of something so remote?

I understand where you are coming from but at the time of the alleged attack the environment was very different to what it is now. Women were nowhere near as empowered then as they are now. That’s how people like Jimmy Saville and Harvey Weinstein were able to get away with it or get away with it for so long. Women only just feeling empowered enough to believe that they can come forward with these historical attacks shouldn’t be a reason for them not to be investigated.

It makes you despair for America. Trump got elected even though confessing to sexually assaulting women by using his fame and power. This judge is of the same ilk it seems to me.

Tromp is without doubt the only president whose close to emulating Kennedy though Clinton gave it a go.
<snip>
Trump is nowhere near as bad as Kennedy. Kennedy used to sneak women into the White House and had orgies with them in the White House pool.
All while Jaqueline looked the other way.
Read Kitty Kelley's book to learn the things that Kennedy got up to.

I was being sarcastic. It amuses me the same people who are horrified by trump would have adored Kennedy - the so called liberal who was without doubt a sociopath - a deranged war mongerer and someone who viewed women as nothing but objects.

Who has claimed Kennedy is an ideal on thus thread? Why does his character affect Trump's? Why does disliking porridge mean bricks are good? Why does there only have to be one blind mouse?

Couldn't put it better myself.

Grendel never really seems to criticise Trump and merely keeps dragging people up who were just as bad or worse.

Trump is here, Trump is now. It only matters what is happening now across the pond.

Who's worse, Stalin or Hitler?

Trump is criticised because of his perceived political position. Others who are considered democrats throughout American history largely escape the same scrutiny - Kennedy and the corrupt wretched Clinton’s being prime examples.

Trump is a Saint compared to JFK so your comparison is rather absurd.

JFK liked Hitler by the way.

What comparison?

Stalin and Hitler as you are implying both are essentially equal in morality stakes - they really are not.

That was just a flippant remark. Wasn't making a comparison at all, was just pointing out that a comparison is pointless and it doesn't matter if anyone is worse than Trump or not.

It's Trump who is the commander and chief right now and we should be critical of him and what he is doing right now, not comparing him with others.

It’s a bit like claiming that the Yorkshire Ripper wasn’t as bad as Jack the Ripper in the 70’s and thinking you’re clever for making that observation. Trumps story like the Yorkshire Rippers during the 70’s is far from over. For that reason alone the comparison of Trump to Kennedy at this moment in time is prematurely moronic. Let’s see what the final picture is before we declare he’s not as bad as Kennedy. In every aspect of his life. In fact I’d you want to draw comparison of any completed part of both Presidents lives you can only look at their military records. Or lack thereof where Trump is concerned. The Kennedy family as a whole didn’t use daddy’s millions to avoid the military. In fact JFK worked hard to overcome health issues just to join having previously been turned down due to said health issues.

Check that on wiki did you? You’re clearly the only one using wiki little grendull otherwise how would you know it’s on there? I saw it in some of the numerous documentaries that there’s been on the subject, especially regarding his brothers death.

Still, at least you’ve confirmed with your wiki sideshow that you’ve realised your error in prematurely comparing one mans unfinished legacy to a dead mans finished legacy. I’m willing to bet by the time Trump is finished I doubt that they’ll be many if any historians going well at least he wasn’t as bad as Kennedy.

What was Kennedy’s view of Hitler you keep mentioning?

The actual amusing part here Tony is you are proving the basis of my argument

You truly are a gift wiki man

Normal those days. Most women didn’t go to work. Child bearers and cooks.

Trump is a self publicist. He has bragged about his sexual promiscuity, has owned a dodgy casino, ripped people off, dodged taxes, made racist comments, led campaigns against previous presidents and basically been a cxxt all his life. Hard to beat that.

It is and he is a truly obnoxious individual.

His behaviour in that speech about Dr. Christine Blasley Ford was outrageous, spiteful and nasty.

Mocking someone who has been subjected to a sexual assault?

He has mocked disabled people , women and been out and out racist at times with the things he has said.

He is just simply horrible.

Trump can’t even remember the name of the doctor who diagnosed the “bone spurs” that kept him out of the military draft in Vietnam, he can’t remember the words to the US national anthem or god bless America as a serving president (watch the videos, they’re very John Redwood lip syncingesk), he regularly misspells his wife’s name the list of important things he forgets go on and on.
