Blaming the old council as well said they pushed for SISU over others and their attitude scared off the Manhatten group and other investors. Also said the deal for the Ricoh has always been on harsh terms. Quite scathing about them.

Said he never wanted SISU and was forced into selling up.

Had a screaming child in the back of the car so may have missed important bits. Also said that he can't see a way forward for SISU if the council won't sell an that they should go.

Sick of all the bitching going on now between everone involved or was involved with CCFC.
Unfortunatly I think it is going to get worse as I feel it's not just the fans who have had enough of these people who are in charge of our club and the pressure is mounting from all sides.
OK a good thing I know but I am sure I am not alone in feeling that the pressure on them should have come a long long time ago from other sources and not just the fans.

Yeah I said the same to my other half after it finished. I swear he also said that Hoffman had gone and there were no buyers as well, but this bit was accompanied by loud crying from a two year old so I may have misheard.

Robinson didn't want SISU. He proposed another group of investors: the Windsor Group. They were led by a struck off accountant, they had a development in Liverpool which Robinson said showed what they could do in Coventry. Laings had taken their men and cranes off the site a couple of days earlier and then it all went tits up. Robinson and the Windsor Group promised proof of funding from the Co-op. The Co-op had never heard of them and had never done any business with them. Not surprisingly Robinson and his cronies were told to sod off.
Yes he lost money, but how much and whose?
He may think that memories are short, but they are not.
So sod off again Robinson.

It's apears that the whole of the city has had enough of these dicks now. The loan window closes next Thursday,were getting nobody. Just fuck off sisu and take the yes man thorn with you.

He seems to forget he helped get us into to this god awful mess in the first place! He was part of the Board that ran up massive debts that meant we were vulnerable to SISU etc in the first place.

Had he done his job right as part of the Board then the council would never have been involved. Needs to look in the mirror before he starts having a go
