It does say so in the thread. He basically confirmed some of the assumptions that had already been made:

JOB not happy about not playing every week
JOB castigating his team mates and upsetting younger players, draining them of confidence
JOB thinks he's a football expert

It wasn't a glowing report, and considering Mowbray's experience, I imagine JOB has upset him somewhat.
