My mate is living in council provided accommodation (as in just short of homelessness) was telling me his housemate just got arrested because he had several warrants out for him. He’d been living there for over a year. (All British because that’s what matters these days).

It's always quite shocking when you watch police docs. They will know who committed a crime, their name, their aliases, who they associate with etc but then still can't find them.
