Good. It won't happen but they should also investigate to what extent they knew what was going on and covered it up/protected him.![]()

About time. Wonder if misconduct in public office is just the first step.
Bloke should be rotting in jail.
It’s hard to believe he’d have been arrested if he was mum was still alive. And I think the rest of the Royal Family would be pleased to see him there.

Good.
This is for misconduct though rather than any paedophilia or sex trafficking stuff though right?
Hopefully he gets everything he deserves.
On his birthday too!
Just distancing themselves would be my take, got to think of the family firmSources suggest Charles is less than keen on him, as is William, so finally the truth is catching up with the piece of shit.

Important as it shows nobody is above the law. Heard some ex police comments on him yesterday and he just sounded like a horrible, entitled prick
was his mums favourite i thinkIt’s hard to believe he’d have been arrested if he was mum was still alive.
Even before all this come out pre that Newsnight interview, he had a reputation amongst people who had worked in and around the Royal Family of being the most difficult of the lot to work with/forImportant as it shows nobody is above the law. And no doubt funded his legal costs and the pay off.was his mums favourite i think
if he's guilty then consecutive govts have covered it up. Security services/personal protection etc ultimately report to the Govt.Good. It won't happen but they should also investigate to what extent they knew what was going on and covered it up/protected him.
Like an old oak tableIs he going to vanish?![]()

I've said it before and will say it again: you don't agree to pay an 8 figure sum of money to settle a case where you're innocent of wrongdoing.Glad to see everyone has made their minds up he's not only guilty, but also of crimes he's not been arrested for (nonce, paedo) and should be 'rotting in jail'. Mostly by those who usually say wait for the facts (if it's on immigration).
He's certainly a bit of a wanker, but do we know if he's actually done anything illegal yet? Immoral 100%, illegal, let's wait and see. Not a hill I'm willing to die on so I won't row with those of you who inevitably quote this back to me, but the contradictions in approach are wild.

There are plenty of republics in the world other than America. Any elected official using their power to pardon someone convicted of his alleged wider crimes would be out of office pretty quickly. The irony for those who’d want a republic and not a monarchy is if this was the US he’d be pardoned by his brother as Biden did with his son

Both should have been in prison, IMO, but as far as a I am aware, SB avoided prison due to his age/law. Let's face it though, there's also very little chance of Andrew actually serving time being punished for his wider alleged crimes.Well Burlosconi and Sarkosy have both been found guilty of crimes. They ended up escaping any prison sentence at all
His mum did.I doubt he paid it
His mum did.
He gave possibly the most self-incriminating interview of all time. If you don't think he's guilty of anything...well, you're just up to being a contrarian as usual. Its pretty obvious the narrative then was to avoid scandal - regardless of any guilt
Its ironic that I think he is far more likely now to be found guilty and disowned than in any other institution
