They need a win to arrest the slide. If they fail to win, Ipswich will overtake them if they win their games in hand and could even do so at the weekend if QPR beat them next weekend.I do think realistically Blues need a win tonight to keep their season properly alive - 7/8 points with 11 games to go is achievable but a pretty tall order when in and around the Top 6 is as clustered as it is this season, Boro would possibly take a point but will deep down want a confidence boosting win
Blues do not lose many at home, it will be a good game to watch as a neutral, goals in it I think - Boro will play how they played against us and Blues will pick them off and win 2-1 imo
100% keep right on and all thatMorning all
We’re inconsistent away as Millwall showed (beat em 4-0 at home) but pretty solid at home. Hoping we can do you lads a favour this evening.
I take it we can rely on your support
How's Kyogo doing for you ? I always rated him at celticMorning all

Draw would be best in that one I think.Undecided of being a Hull fan or hoping for a draw tomorrow against Ipswich
Il answer that mate .. shiteHow's Kyogo doing for you ? I always rated him at celtic
Conned everyone by notching in the pub league. Makes you think Sakamoto should have more caps really, Kyogo is painfully shit.Il answer that mate .. shite
£35,000 a week and doesn’t make the bench. 3 goals all season. Terrible signingHow's Kyogo doing for you ? I always rated him at celtic
Exactly this. We walked away from the playoff game there past their main home pub and to a man they were congratulating us and saying they hoped that we win the final and were nothing but complimentary.Always found their fans welcoming when ive been and they generally speak ok about us other than the 10 year old outside the away turnstiles with a fag in his mouth giving us all the Vs and questioning my sex life when they beat us 1-0 a few years a go
We’re pretty close to the point where a goal or result against Boro or Ipswich will be as meaningful as our own goals and results. On a forum littered with mental takes, wanting the team in 2nd place to get a point when you're top is right up there, never change sky blues talk.

I reckon Lisa Stansfield would be a better striker, but I'm all Blues tonight. I don't mind Blues, one of my work colleagues supports them and my neighbour is a Blues' ST holder who goes on the train to matches from Warwick.KRO
I love chimneys, Tom Brady and especially Stansfield who I absolutely have never abused and think he always scores bangers.

With Millwall, Ipswich and Wrexham to play, they’ve got some 6 pointers coming up. I wouldn’t want to be in their position, whilst we have tough fixtures coming up, they’re mostly at home where we’ve been flawless under Lampard.
Not really, other games are available
Cov
What a manager they have there. If only we could of :( Fair play on promotion, can only half fill their ground though - why's that?www.smallheathalliance.com
Now where are you gonna have a mid-affernoon nap?I've just smashed the office toilets in support. C'mon the Blues!
Shit grounds in shit areas though are what makes a football ground special. Intimidating for away fans walking through the terrace houses surrounded by home fans. Stands so close to the pitch the away players can hear you breath. Intimidating for players and fans alike. We all love the old grounds don’t we? I used to love the old Highfield Road which was one of my first away trips in the early 70s. Yes I’m that old!
The new stadium is needed if the club want to progress. St Andrews, although in the best state it’s ever been is in a horrible area now whereas the new one will be nearer the city centre and in the middle of a modern sports quarter. Knighthead are literally developing a modern state of the art addition to the city centre similar to resorts world by the NEC. It will benefit the city as a whole and create tons of jobs and opportunities.
The design of any ground is always subjective. It’s different which is good but the chimneys take some getting used to but new ideas always do. The fact that our rivals will be able to see it from their ground amuses me. The 62,000 capacity is aimed at other events but we can and will get bigger crowds. We can all remember going to the likes of West Ham, Spurs and Newcastle when they had sub 20,000 gate.
I welcome it and after a sad list of chancer owners the current ones are the type we used to dream about. Genuine and loaded
I think the time you played at ours changed a few perceptions of Brum and its people. I’ve always thought that in the main Brummies are the friendliest of peopleFor obvious reasons of us winning League one at your place I have a love for St Andrews. I enjoyed having a season ticket there - loved the pre and post match pub crawls in and around Digbeth - my wallet didn’t!
I also think the new ground will be quality. Proper unique identity - will look forward to being an away fan there one day.
Fingers crossed you beat boro tonight
Think you lot will get play offs?I think the time you played at ours changed a few perceptions of Brum and its people. I’ve always thought that in the main Brummies are the friendliest of people
I don’t pal, we’re too inconsistent to the point that we look like we can beat anyone in the league one game and nobody in the league the next.Think you lot will get play offs?
Why do you say that? Most comment seems to be that he’s a good Chairman who’s supported the club well. Having said that, I hope they lose at Brum tonight. Why does anyone have some affinity to Boro. Gibson is a snake - I hope they fail yet again
That's just how brummies treat modern things such as indoor plumbing, technology is witchcraft to them.
Coming to a club shop near us next week.
Ok, see where you’re coming from….The owner blatantly uses technicalities to get round FFP rules. I don’t have a problem with that but I do when he then tries to take some moral high ground to take legal actions against other clubs which could finish them.
He tried to get us relegated from the premier league when he refused to play a fixture and moaned at a points deduction.
Fans are just fans - all have an equal share of behaviours but you see on here those who post are deluded about Gibson. He’s got round every regulation going and views the club as his pet project and cares nothing about anything but that.
