So what will be he looking into now.It seems the main focus was where the golden share was ( which now we know) all other info seems to be coming out of the club via local media. Is there anything else that he really needs to find out for his report that we wont find out anyway.

Bob Ainsworth has put him on the spot a bit i think, meeting the football league, finding exactly where this GS is and looks like has isolated ccfc holdings. The only thing this administrator can sort out is ccfc ltd. I am sure GH, JE and PHIV know their next move

So is his sole job now finding a buyer for the club ? Or will he try and find a compromise between sisu and acl/cc. Can't see sisu have got any cards left to play.

Even thought I want to believe Bob, shouldn't we wait for something official. You can write anything on Twitter. When the football league announce it I will celebrate, until then I'm waiting till its official. To many false hopes over the years!

I think we will find out very soon if our American friend is serious or not.

I imagine our American friends will be getting things in place as we write.
Hamil, Bob Ainsworth went on Radio telling everyone what was said, he also thinks the FL will meet with certain groups this week.

The bell will toll sooner rather than later for our club, what the eventual answer will be is anyones guess. Americans or not, the bell will certainly toll..

I think we still have to wait until 19th of May but i'm pretty certain things will drip out. The next big thing could be whether a High Court judge agrees there is a case for sisu to carry out their attempt to take to ccc to court, that doesn't mean sisu will win. If the judge throws sisu's court threat out i think they will then be pretty well f**ked

What difference does that make

Say they win that case

Unless they buy the club, the club are still in administration and they have to compete with Haskell to buy it

Am i right in thinking that we are in administration because sisu cannot afford to run the club anymore. We have the embargo on us for that reason .If haskell does decide to buy then surely the administrator must favour haskells bid over sisu ??

The thing is Sisu could buy it for whatever sum they decide, will all be "funny" money anyway they can write off, or chalk up as another debt against the club.

Haskell would have to pay real money for it, that's the sticking point really if Sisu do want to stay for some reason.
