this morning Reading (according to our local radio station)have put a bid in for ALF,350k up front going up to 500k with add ons plus a sell on clause....

I believe this is what Rotherham are after but as of yet there has been no comment from the club.....

From my reading of the situation LeFondre is favourite to come to us. Reading are offering no more than us and do not have a player exchange available that suits Rotherham as a replacement. We do! In fact we have one or two in Rod and big Clive for starters. We could loan them a centre half or two for the season too! We can more than afford to offer him a good wage.
Also CCFC is bigger than Reading and although we like to think we will always be stuck in our current situation the fact remains a player like LeFondre will be looking ahead and CCFC is a better prospect than Reading in my opinion.
