could be on his way to Reading???????

this morning Reading (according to our local radio station)have put a bid in for ALF,350k up front going up to 500k with add ons plus a sell on clause....

I believe this is what Rotherham are after but as of yet there has been no comment from the club.....

I never thought i would see the day when we are desperate for a goalscorer and couldn't match a similar offer. I am not saying he's the answer but we have clearly had a look at him.

From my reading of the situation LeFondre is favourite to come to us. Reading are offering no more than us and do not have a player exchange available that suits Rotherham as a replacement. We do! In fact we have one or two in Rod and big Clive for starters. We could loan them a centre half or two for the season too! We can more than afford to offer him a good wage.
Also CCFC is bigger than Reading and although we like to think we will always be stuck in our current situation the fact remains a player like LeFondre will be looking ahead and CCFC is a better prospect than Reading in my opinion.
