The idea is not to agree with each other, but to have a debate with each other politely. Otis is just about always polite.

If your highest earner is fit and good enough you play him. If a club comes in for him and you want rid you then stop playing him in case he gets injured.
Quite simple really.
If they are in negotiations and the club after him are not willing to pay him what he is on with us it could take much longer than normal.

Alex Nimely is considerably strong for his height and build, yes. I wouldn't play him in midfield however, due to the fact that he's a striker.But is Olofinjana strong because he's black or because he's erm.. well.. strong? Should we get Alex Nimely in to provide a bit of bite in midfield? He's black so he must be big and strong right?
