Anyone catch this bit of info in the CT regarding ACL not having recieved their money owed.

It was thought hold-ups may have occurred over a rumoured dispute about Mr Appleton’s fees, particularly in relation to charges for correspondence – despite a clear charge policy being agreed by all parties at the start of the process.

So it seems there was a clear contract in place but now SISU have decided it was too much and aren't paying it, where have I heard that before!

Exactly that. Shame some on here will still question him and believe he has a hidden agenda.

OSB58, you have done a super job on distilling information for ACL & CCFC today. Thanks for your efforts.

Who is it that is due to pay ACL though. If it is a condition of Otium taking the share then is it their liability? in which case why would the liquidation of CCFC Ltd stop that?

Appleton had already run up costs of nearly £1m (his plus legal fees) back in September. Otium paid £1.5m in to the pot. There is not enough there now to pay him and ACl if the CCFC liquidation is to pay it

Also thought in Appletons initial report ARVO had under written his costs but could be wrong

One area where the Sky Blues are experiencing hold ups is the voluntary winding-up of CCFC Holdings. The process appears to have hit a stumbling block after an objection was filed with Companies House by an unidentified party.

It appears club directors want to strike off CCFC Holdings without the need to file late accounts as it moves all assets from CCFC Ltd and CCFC Holdings into Otium Entertainment.

Now that's interesting . Wonder who that can be ?
