Yesterday proved that we are not going to smash teams every week. The squad is thin , the players mostly young and inexperienced, two injuries yesterday Baker and Daniels and we were found wanting, as the manager said from the start " avoiding relegation will be an achievement".
But i differ with him about the loan situation , right now we need some more bodies, preferably experienced ones, i think letting Jennings go could prove to be a mistake, i feel he would be ideal right now. What are other peoples views ?

completely agree, the loan situation i understand where he is coming from by saying that these players will not as passionate for the club as he would like but its behind the scenes where I feel our players would benefit more. On the traning ground and just talking to the younger players will enhance their careers a lot and give them more experience than playing day in and day out the same young players. Pressley is trying to create a particular mindset within the camp and maybe he feels it is too early to try and disrupt that?

Loans are by definition a short-term measure though. Personally, I'd rather see us focus on long-term development of a squad.
