A concern or not? (1 Viewer)

Has anybody considered the fact that some people in northampton will be attending coventry games instead of NTFC games , that some of the younger generation in northampton may end up supporting coventry city over the next 3-5 years , is this something that fisher thinks about when he gives over inflated estimates about attendances .
This cannot be good for northampton town fc either surely ,at present they may see the pound signs but what about when the skybluecobblers move away from northampton and there club has lost potentially a generation of fans ,just like ccfc will

they will be one club in the coming years anyway, with SISU owning their stadium

Its not a concern, its reality !

If we were a couple of divisions clear of them maybe, but not with the two clubs so close and the Northampton ground looking like it might be a lot better than whatever we are moving to anyway.

lol, but as we are a bigger slightly more attractive club than northampton (cant believe i said that ) its a possibility

eh, how are we bigger or more attractive ?

we will swap leagues next season !

To the majority of Northampton reisdents this will be a minor inconvenience as there will be a bit more traffic around on sundays...

It wont be till SISU get their hands on Sixfields until it causes them issues

Can't really see it to be honest.

You might get the odd floater chose a Coventry game but it's not like you're playing Man City etc. We've got a relatively hardcore support of 4,000 which doesn't really wane.
