Valuing him at £20m, but if they get relegated (not impossible, as apart from Oxford and Sheff Wed, not sure who else will be down there). then his value would plummet.

Having watched our game against Hull, I think he could easily be the difference between Hull staying up and getting relegated so makes sense to me that they value him so highly

Seems a very different type of CF we have. I’d say he’d be our second choice ST and back up Ten

In my mind Godo would be mainly LW and Boving would be striker or AM. Good to have a bit of fluidity though. Take these 2 over Simms and Bassette all day.

I may be over thinking it but maybe Hull do actually need to sell and if the reported Palace interest doesn't come to anything they may have to come back to the table with us.

To be honest it’s been silly since they lost there transfer appeal. No way they’re going to let him go when they can’t even spend the funds on an adequate replacement.

We wouldn't continually put bids in for the mere sake of it.

Sometimes finances dictate that you have to sell even if its really inconvenient. I don't believe we'll get Hughes but no harm in giving them something to think about imo.
