Believe it when I see it.

More like £8m to £10m for MVE. Interest from Ipswich for Hackney could well be true. But he isn't worth £20m unless someone is willing to pay that for him.
Yeah, is he that good? My son has been going on about him but can’t say I’ve paid much attention.
If they want to spend £20mil on him good luck to them.

Looks like Dovin was a prime target until his injury,

Oliver Dovin was a candidate to replace PSG-bound Lucas Chevalier – until injury brought a premature end to his first season at Coventry City.

That’s according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri who claims the Swede was one of two contenders under consideration as Lille face losing their in-demand ‘keeper.

Yeah, if this is an agent move as suggested, perhaps not too late to cobble together an alternative video of all the times he was shit.
Plymouth away I seem to remember might be a good starting place.
Yes, It's funny how this highlights video surfaces, at just the same time that speculation around his future is at its height.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love him to stay, hes undoubtedly one of our top players, but the writings was on the wall when we signed KKH, so if we get £10m for him, (and can bring in some cover and a decent striker) I'd say its very good business.

Not sure if its been mentioned but I couldn't see it. Seen one of those articles fishing, linking a player with 18 different clubs. An agents way of announcing a player is free and ready to sign type things. But the article (most likely written by ChatGPT) states that Derby, Oxford and Coventry are interested in CH Patrick Bauer after his contract at PNE has ended.
Like I say, most likely nothing to see here, but we do need some better cover at CH than Lati and Binks. 32 so plenty of experience.

10 million minimum for me

I wonder rid those saying he ain't worth that much were same that made out maatsen wasn't allowed that for us and wouldn't go on to have a good career?
Think we need to hire whoever does Boro's negotiating, they get some cracking fees for some players who really aren't all that.

To be fair, I think Hackney is (and will be) a very good player. It’s probably a fair price. Only thing is, I thought he’d want to test himself in the Prem. Ipswich will probably go up, but nothing’s definite in football.

I was thinking more for Chuba Akpom and Latte Lath

Yeah, it’s what we have to do…unless we’re suddenly far richer than we thought.

MVE has a new highlight reel. Normally means agent lining up moves.

Yeah tbf when you see that highlight reel you realise just how good he has been for us, and it’s not like it’s all flukey moments and inconsistent games, he’s generally one of our most consistent players. Should easily fit into a bottom-half prem team and I’d be disappointed if he went for less than £10m tbh.

The problem is he may be a big prospect but he isn't ready to play in the Prem. The bigger the Prem club the lower down the pecking order he would be. Would he end up having to go out on loan to continue getting experience?

If he went to Ipswich he would be going to a very good side. We've couldn't even live with their reserves side in the cup last season and they are arguably an even better side now. He would be playing with better players and getting game time for a club that should get promotion. Maybe the least riskiest way.

From what I’ve seen, the bit omitted from the tweet is that Hackney doesn’t want a Champ move.
