We would be selling a seasoned pro who might be good enough for a lower premium side. We've signed a very good replacement but he is still at the start of his career. It may take a season or two for KKH to show everyone what he can do at his first club that plays him instead of always going on loan. 2 good seasons and he would then most probably be a 15m player if he progresses under Lampard.
KKH literally swept the board at Preston's end of season award ceremony, he's played 51 games for them last year, it won't take a season or two to show us what he can do

The problem is the FL hasn't spoken about the signing and until he does i wouldn't assume anything. The most positive thing is we are not pressured to sell, we now have competition for either side and the squad just got stronger with this signing. Lastly Milan is still under contract, so all is under control.

There is no chance we are getting 15 million plus. You also can't claim he isn't better than Milan yet tho if you insist on comparing KKH has played for villas first team

Nobody knows what we will be offered for MVE. Just like we didn't know how much Hamer and Gyokeres would sell for.

Yes he played for Villa but he certainly wasn't ready for it. That's why he has spent nearly all his career out on loan at a lower level. He may have done a clean sweep at Preston last season but they finished in 20th just 1 point ahead of Luton.

So why do you think KKH is at least on par with MVE? Why are Prem sides interested in MVE but not KKH?

Because he has just had a very good season in the division we are in.
In a team that only beat relegation by 1 point. We know he was the best player for them but how much competition was there for the awards?

What we do know is he is a very good prospect. I think he will end up in the Prem be it with us or someone else. He will have Lampard to help him improve. He could end up better than MVE. But MVE could also continue improving with experience.

He was the one bright light from a very poor season.

Sounds like you're expecting him to hit the ground running. He will probably need time to settle and get used to different systems. If anything i think he will be like Rudoni that took time to settle but then became a great signing.

When was the last time we signed someone, especially a younger player, that hit the ground running from the start? Other than Grimes i can't think of one in recent seasons.

Sounds like many have great expectations for him from the start. From previous seasons if he doesn’t have a good start he will soon be called shite.

And if he does shine from the start can we expect you to admit you got it wrong and that he might actually be as good or better than MVE?

Fabrizio Romano saying Vik to Arsenal is getting closer after a new round of talks today, in reality probably got no further then the last time I read Vik to Arsenal is getting close to being done lol but if it really is at the last hurdle then we can get that remaining money aaand finally put this 'will he go/he won't go to Arsenal' story to bed and move on

Been no indication that Sporting Club are going to accept a lower bid.

Hope he does go but it'll take more that what that clown says on twitter before I believe it.

The London Standard reported about twenty minutes ago that Vik has agreed personal terms with Arsenal for a five year contract.

See the video by Romano saying Arsenal and Vik agreed personal terms and Arsenal today are settling on a fee, just need this one to happen and we can move on.

Arsenal at home in the FA cup with Vik starting, will tear our defence apart but be nice to see him back on the CBS grass one last time
One last time? Mate we’ll see him twice more the season after this one

😂 I would say the money has gone to brum fans head but they've always been a bunch of knob heads , but this this already wins the 'retarded tweet of the year' award for me and we got this to look forward to 😩 our 4 players that Luke Spud mentioned would walk into that brum team no questions asked, that brum fan has one brain cell and even that ones on the blink

I think they’ll get a rude awakening when the season starts. They’ll be a good side but even with the money spent there will be better

A bit like transfer rumours... could not care less until they come in.

If they win 46 on the spin... good luck to them... but let's see them on the pitch first.

Who have they got at right back that they think is better than MVE?

I love Kyogo for his goals against Rangers etc but even Simms when younger looked pretty good up there at a much worse team than Celtic.
Yeh I'm a broken record but Kyogo goes either way due the fact its very hard to tell how good someone is from the SPL. I think the likes of Hatate, Maeda, Engels etc are good but I wouldn't be in a rush to pay some of the fees rumoured they'd be available for. Some absolutely horrendous players have looked decent in the SPL.
More recently Kyogo looks like he was less popular with his Ligue 1 team than Sorba Thomas was with his. Think it's a signing they are hoping pays off in the short term but let's hope it's one that ends up fucking them instead.
