What is up with all the players being named here being the cast offs of other clubs?
Guys, we dont shop in fucking homefoods and netto anymore, look at all of our past signings in the last two years?
We sign potential from abroad, a club in our leagues best player and captain, or the best player in a lower league team.

The one exception to that i can think of off the top of my head is Jay Da Silva, who half of you would get rid of in the summer anyway and BTA was West Broms top scorer the season before (plus was a very clear Robins, not the recruitment team, signing)

Why are we even mentioning mediocre strikers in a shit preston team or oli mcfuckingburnie?
Firstly, we had a load of money last year from Vic and Gus. May get a further windfall but certainly not as much. We have saleable assets that may weaken not strengthen the team. Everyone is up for grabs if the price is right. MVE or Rudoni would be difficult to replace.
JDS has been brilliant in the last few games. I guess he was a Viveash recommendation, but had an amazing pedigree.
BTA is a player who needs to run on to balls and is not a great player with his back to the play. Injuries have blighted his season. When we played a counter attacking system enforced by injuries he looked good. Absolutely no evidence other than rumour that he was somehow solely a Robins buy.

Since Lampard came in the only times any of our strikers have looked like scoring regularly is when we played 2 up top. When we play 433 all 4 of them have had a crack down the middle and none have got close to scoring on a consistent basis. Clearly the system isn't helping the lone striker.
No idea who we sign to improve that.

Just a reminder that Moore’s minutes per goal is worse than Simms. He absolutely wouldn’t walk into this team.

Haji Wright is light years ahead of Moore and has scored more goals than Campbell in less games.

Seriously, there’s been some horrific takes on here lately.
I think people see the highlights of players on other teams and sit through most 90 mins of our own players poor games and can’t reconcile the two. FL and his team will find the right players and it’s unlikely the forum will guess who they are.

Would like us to look into Yousef Salech from Cardiff.

Vik goals from 22/23 season just popped up on my YouTube feed..man I miss the big guy, just the way he would run with the ball and no one could get it off him, the goals he scored especially the one at home to Wigan (I think it was) controlled the ball out the air and ran with it and scored, if only we had him this year we'd be going up

Could see Chelsea loaning Marc Guiu out, not seen much of him but 6ft2 striker that came through the Barca academy. Played a bit in the conference league this year, got a hatrick against Shamrock Rovers.

Salech is a promising player, take a look Ayase Ueda in the Dutch league mate, I want him

Plus Kodai Sano as attacking midfielder

I’d say Ueda is out of reach playing for Feyenoord & them being place in CL spot.

Sano maybe more realistic based on MVE transfer to us. Whilst we love to speculate why not try a cheeky bundle for Sano & Koki Ogawa 😂

We don’t need that many do we, we’ve already got a top 5 squad, keeper, LB centre half RB cover, attacking midfielder, and a centre forward, that should do it, pretty sure the only difference in those 2 games would have been dovin and torp,

We desperately need wingers. If Wright is on strike we’ve only got EMC and Tats as first teamers. They’re probably the position you want to substitute most often.

I’d love for us to sign some more Japanese players, a lot of them are technically brilliant & have work rate to match.

Throwing a couple of there..

Shuto Machino - ST (not taking the piss with the name)
Ayumu Seko - CB
Ryotaro Ito - MID
Leo Kokubo - GK
Shunsuke Mito - MID

Yeah that might put a spanner in the works for Ueda but I can dream 😂, Ogawa is another good striker be unreal if we put in a cheeky bid for both him and Sano 😂.. Doug did say aim High lol

Mate there's so much talent coming from Japan, alot of them in Europe, they are technically very good and work rate is top notch, Tats didn't stop running against Sunderland, I'm shocked there ain't many more playing in the championship

Can always dream that we can poach from likes of Feyenoord 😂 shame he’s established there, otherwise I’d say you never know. Say well outside our transfer budget too sadly.

The other two would potentially be a goer alongside those mentioned above if we had interest in those types of players. Can see someone picking up Shuto Machino from Kiel & him being decent tbh, I’ve seen a bit of him & he’s always been good & scores different types of goals.

I would like us to go for Lewis O'Brien from Forest personally in midfield. I think Grimes, O'Brien and Rudoni would be excellent.
O’Brien would be a great addition, Wrexham are interested in him apparently.

Assuming BTA and Simms are off do we need to replace both or just one with a proper target man? Playing 4-3-3 not sure how you keep 4 strikers happy and Norman could yet make a major step up over the summer.

Then sticking with the three attackers we need at least two wingers for competition / rotation with EMC and Tats. Not sure we scored enough goals right across the front line this year.

In the middle assuming two of Eccles, Sheaf and Allen are going we need them replacing although Andrew’s could be a bolter.

Then new CB if one of Lats and Binks is off.

Young RB to cover Milan and assuming Brau at LB is legit.

Make that
X1 striker
X2 attacking wingers
X2 CM
X1 RB
X1 CB

Major spend for me would be on the striker and CM. The rest are cover / development potential but not sure we need to go wild on fees. Obviously this changes if Rudi, Milan or Hadji move for big dough.

Yeah true I would definitely try for the two lads playing in Holland: Ogawa and Sano, the others I've not really seen but will have a look at them.

Just want us to start our business early, I just hope DK proper backs Lampard in the transfer window

His pace has gone and he is injury prone, the last game I saw him play he trotted about like a slightly younger Yakubu
