On a year contract, it's not the worst gamble in the world. If you fully recovers and gets fit, he'd be a great player for us.
Problem is, it's just just his ACL that's held him back. He's had other injuries.

Now they're not earning anything and if they're not careful will never play again unless they lower their expectations. The longer they are not playing the more clubs won't take a gamble on them.Just start negotiations for January now. Free agents are free for a reason. Make sure we can go early in Jan and not waste a month.
