We can't have a squad of starters otherwise players will get pissed off we need a mix of up and coming and solid but not pulling up trees on the bench. Decent back up for a game or 2 at most. None of them are banging down Frank's door at Ryton giving him a selection headache. Our starting 11 picks itself. He must have improved a lot on where he was this time last year. The players have all accepted him that much is clear so he has respect in the dressing room.Raphael will come good!
