As it stands, he's our best/most preferred LB. Bidwell just isnt good enough for weeks in, week out performances and Brau is still raw. Unless this is a move to free up space for Chilwell, this is a bad move.

Reportedly off to Strasbourg for £6 million.

We can save the money and bid £16 million for Hughes

I don't think we will sell Jay da Silva.

Imagine the mess we will be in at left back if Chilwell, Brau and Bidwell are all injured at the same time.

Him on the left and MVE on the right.

We would have good cover at left back if he joins. Chilwell, da Silva, Brau, McCallum and Bidwell. Never mind the quality, feel the depth

Dasilva just has no goals and 1 assist or something equally not good enough to go with numerous mistakes out our end costing goals. I'd take him there myself but it's BS

Players take notice when elite managers like Klopp, Pep, etc come calling Lampard is not in that league.

This is the best line I think:

"It is understood a number of Premier League clubs have turned down the opportunity to sign Hamer this summer, but a move is still possible."

That's like some bloke asking a girl out, her laughing in his face as a response, and him thinking.... "well she didn't necessarily say no did she...."

If Hull weren’t under embargo Hughes would already be done. They can’t get a replacement in either way so might as well try and push their luck to Monday, in aid of getting the highest fee possible.

It’s hardly a surprise is it. Gus hasn’t shown loyalty anywhere he’s been. There’s no such thing in football anyway

They can get a replacement but only free loans or out of contract players.

You would think if the EFL saw them receiving £10m, they might let them spend a small amount on a replacement

I was extremely confident you made that up, but i checked FlightRadar anyway and no traffic today other than an air ambulance out of Baginton and back.
