Its difficult to say. If we had a young player considered one of the best young talents in the division then we'd want it. We're just not used to being the ones paying it.
For me the only thing bothering me is Woolfenden is clearly option number 2 but we could go all in on Hughes and end up with neither.

We are at the stage now where we are bidding £12m for Hughes we might as well just go all in and pay the £15m or so they want.

I’d rather these type of signings who could potentially step up if we were to get to the promised land.
