Was reading Peps comments in the media today after the Wolves match. He is very keen not to have an inflated squad with players who are not going to feature, as he feels it's bad for morale. Either way managers know how to play the game. They can give out hints and messages without breaching policy.

If Thomas and Kitching can stay fit all season long, sure. But either of them out for any meaningful length of time and we're stuffed. One more in if BT stays, 2 if he doesn't. I think it’s more likely we sell MVE and bring in a CB than sell Thomas to bring one in.
