Could do, I still think someone will come in for him last minute though. Club can’t win, it was 100% the right call to buy KKH and also reject lowball offers for MvE but this is the risk. I could just imagine the meltdown if MvE had been sold, we’d missed out on KKH earlier in the summer waiting for MvE to go first and Lati was currently filling in !

That’s football though, it’s complicated

That’s more because they are preparing him to replace MVE …if MVE doesn’t leave then that might change …. Brau struggled last night, we know Bidders best years are behind him …. It’s not that far fetched to see KKH play lb

Me and my mates would sit on the top of the climbing frames in Gosford and get the front row seat to that shit + occassional clashes. It was a fucking primal atmosphere.

Well you may question my knowledge but Oggy said he thought Brau had a game where he is clearly still adjusting, got caught out of position, and gave the ball away in some damgerous areas of the pitch ….

Do you question his understanding of the game ??

At times yes.

He was one of our highest rated players on Fotmob for what thats worth.

Any way time will tell. It’s certainly too early to conclude that Brau will be our regular first team left back…. I hope he adjusts quickly and makes the position his own but it’s far from certain.

There is obviously a chance he might, but the PL and most European leagues haven't started yet so plenty of time for injuries etc to concentrate minds come deadline week. Might not be the worst thing for us to keep him until the January window anyway, when teams are notoriously desperate in making signings and more likely to pay over the odds.

Yep agree, just seemed to be flurry of comment then nothing.

we’ve certainly done a job on stopping anything coming out the club.

think PL clubs confirm squads Thursday, so hopefully can pick up a loan or 2.

I think the leak last week came from the Hull end and possibly was timed to demo to the EFL that they have assets that should enable the transfer ban to be lifted ….
