Following a series of transfers that have been exceptional, we only seem linked so far with young forwards with very good potential and an unnamed winger from the Championship.
Grimes was an amazing signing and the only recent one that hasn't taken time to settle.
Our Summer signings are still trying to get up to speed. KKH apparently has been a shadow of the player he was at Preston. Possibly his lack of minutes, or adapting to a new more attacking style that leaves him in more one on one situations is the reason.
Wolfie is yet to look a player in a Championship promotion side. He has looked better in a three at the back set up so far.
Both look fine as subs where their fitness gives them the edge.
Brau does not look as if he is living up to expectations.
Think we may have to accept that new players bought in January may not make the immediate impact some people expect, especially if coming from abroad.
Looking over the last couple of seasons and how quickly players looked good in this league, it may be the best we can hope for is some really good subs. Unless the rumoured Championship winger is very good indeed.

According to reports Coventry City have dropped down the pecking order for Manneh. No club named but there's far more Championship clubs that could offer a better deal and if it's concrete Premier League we have no chance. The reality is we're punching well above our weight in terms of budget and squad size.
interesting post new member.

Don’t know why you’d spend that kind of money on a player like Ferguson when you already have two strong starting options up front in a one-striker system. If you want anyone up front it’s a depth option who’s not expecting to start straight away.

Agreed... let's get back on track at looking at realistic signings like a back up RW for Tats... which I think should be Rodrygo of Real Madrid.
