...you just don't drop people who are scoring goals. it's kind of the whole point of the game, isn't it.It’s not weird it’s just we are not privy to all of the facts. You are making your assessment based on one metric. Which striker is scoring now.
Maybe the club are trying to get him to sign a new deal, maybe other clubs have approached his agent about a move in Jan and the club want to keep him for the rest of the season, maybe Frank thinks Wright will score more goals than Simms over the course of a season and just wants to get him scoring again, maybe he’s genuinely managing the minutes of our only 2 fit strikers.

But he contributed to the overall team though right? He assisted the equaliser in the play off final, i think the semi too and im sure if we looked back across those final games, contributed.
