Nearly the end of the window. We’re top of the league and have an amazing chance of attracting real talent and we haven’t spent a penny, I’m sorry it’s an absolute disgrace

Whilst I agree, if we fuck this up we'll lose Haji, Rudoni, MVE, Thomas etc. But anyone that thinks any of them will go to the PL is either deluded or never watched any of them play. Unless we go up, the only one of this bunch that'll play in the PL will be Rushworth, and it wont be for us. MVE might make it in a Serie A or La Liga team maybe, but hes not PL quality.

Mad ain’t it, if it weren’t for rushworth we’d be 6th maximum he’s so good, this defence are badly letting him down

Perhaps all of you that have been bleating "Wait until the end of the window" can see what its costing us by not reinforcing early.

A CM is an absolute must.

Torp's goals at the start of the season were great and he was playing well, but right now we're getting massively over run and outplayed in midfield every game. Physically he's not good enough and teams are taking advantage of it, every single week.

I think before the window closes a physical CM is crucial for our promotion bid.

We’re being turned over by teams who can simply lump balls forward and kill us off in transitions. As soon as we lose the ball we’re very look vulnerable. Granted our defence had a shocker today but so many issues arise from the space left between defence and midfield. We’ve not collapsed as a team and we will outclass teams but you’re rolling the dice every match and when promotion is on the line, you need to enforce yourselves as league leaders in the match.

Doug is the new sisu. They spent first season or 2. When cash dried up they asset stripped. Doug will do the same
