If the owner owns 100% of the shares it in effect does. He determines the capital allocation policy and with it can take what ever earnings he wants to from it.

Had my first season ticket the first year the CBS opened and remained ever since, including Northampton and Brum...With all due respect when did you start supporting us? 16k is a lot more than we were getting.
Also the season before average attendance was 19k.

He doesn't even need to spunk his load honestly, just needs to do the right things. I think for me its the fact that even he admitted we were caught a bit short in the summer window, I was hoping we would have most our business ready to go.
