Esse seems pretty certain.Ben Brereton was much more of a Wilder type player tbf. Rak Sakyi needs to be playing as part of a proper direct attacking 3. Think I said elsewhere he’d have been a good pickup at the start of the season but given we’re now in for Esse (who’s ahead of him in the Palace pecking order) I’d go with him instead.

It’s a very short professional career all things considered and he owes it to get the best deal he can. If he joins us he’s taking the risk we go up and he gets a promotion pay rise.
Where as this other club is guaranteeing that wage straight away and might be offering more consistent minutes as he’ll be competing with EMC or Rudoni here to start.

If Doug can id take both Esse and Rak-Sakyi as they can play either side and Esse can play through the middle. But if its 1 Esse would be my pick.
As for Manneh its a big move and if he wants to look around then fine. We also have the ability to do the same and a deal will be on the table only for so long. Both Esse and Manneh we should fond out next week i would of thought.
