I wish we could do a deal with asics to get that one in the retro range, it's all-time top 5 for me
Interesting that we started that season with the crossover collar as per image, but moved to a straight v shape collar as season moved on.

I can't see any images of the crossover collar on the home shirt in any match footage, I've just been scouring the internet.

I hope I've finally hit rock bottom, my posts cannot get any more boring than this surely...

Only one I can find in a quick search.

"Camo style" sounds a bit rubbish.
Coral with white print does too!!
Hope it's not true.

We had camo style subtle pattern with the crappy Nike Team wear in 2018/19 League 1.

Nike off the peg 3rd party stuff was odd. I picked up that kit end of season and they had switched to embroidery badges rather than the stick on ones that the players wore and the replicas had when they first came out. I liked it until I wore it to 5-a-side and chaffed my nipple clean off

Actually liked that Nike kit, one of the better recent ones pre-Hummel.
The Nike kits were all standard templates, but at least they were an improvement over the monstrosities Puma came up with

We've had a third kit every season since 2018 (and on 3 occasions threw in a 4th just for bantz). Is that the norm at most clubs now?

Niche is probably the word for it isn’t it - and to be fair that’s something they’ll be looking at in the retail department - how many would they actually sell?
I think amongst our fans it would be a good seller, it has that nostalgia factor. It would probably get the attention of wider football media

Yep, think most teams have a third now.
Quite a few teams have their third for multiple seasons which I'd be happy with us doing as well

Would love a brown kit. Anything beats that White away kit last season. We really seemed to be getting innovative a few years back with the Two Tone shirt, and that bold Home kit for the first season back in the Championship. Since then it's been, run of the mill, and boring. And, please no more Sky Blue shirt and white short combo. That is Man City... We are Coventry City.

Was told today Brown is one of the away or 3rd. Modern take on the infamous brown 70s kit

Bottom line we want to make shirts that fans want to buy amd therfore brown might not be on the cards. I think a black away shirt would be a good idea as they can look quite stylish, esp if it used the alt logo. I also think the club should consoder making them in 3 styles:

1 let's call this standard

2 Muscle fit for the guys who like that kind of look and the players to stop their shirts getting subtlety pulled all the time!

3 Oversize using stitching patters that are more accommodating of the larger belly or chest

This is common in retail now and I think the variations might get people buying more shirts.
