I never wanted us to go with Lampard, it seemed like King as a non-footballing man just getting the biggest name he'd heard of and that was completely against the ethos of what bought us back from the depths. Boy, was I wrong.

An absolutely inspired appointment. FL and his coaching staff have taken us to the next level, we look stronger, faster, fitter and the attitude has been exceptional. The football is consistently brilliant and it has us all dreaming.
