Nephew wants one, logged on to eticketing to get it but not showing any seats available?! All grey dots!? Help please

I think it doesn't show a seat available for a season ticket purchase unless it's unsold for every game. Might have to wait for today's game to be cleared off the system. Even then you may need to call the ticket office.
