Not a bad half. Middlesbrough are absolute garbage.

The 20 minutes I managed to watch was dire from both sides. At least we’ve got the lead

Allen, Palmer, Bidwell, Dabo and Doyle have done well. Gyo as well

Not sure we could have expected much more given the context of the season so far. Looked pretty good going forward, bit shaky at the back but we're in at HT 1-0 up and if we can hold on in the 2nd half as they chase the game and the space opens up, then it's exactly the result we needed.

Have to admit, i thought Wilder going to Middlesboro was a promotion certainty, but they are shite, despite having an expensively assembled squad.

Decent half. Other than that bit at the end and corners they don’t looo threatening at all. Their front line are a bunch of cunts, falling over and whining all the time.

No bad performances really, Allen looks a lot better a bit deeper, Palmer has been chasing well and shown some quality, would like to see more from Godden, actually think Panzo has done really well.

Somethings gone on there - Wilder seems to have a fallout wherever he goes - always wants to move on

We have to accept this is a relegation struggle in all probability and we have to dig results out - we aren’t going to be battering teams we have to stay in touch and when the home games and away balance out we remain in touch

They look dire but we don’t look good at the back

Allen is the best of the midfielders. Panzo looks struggling to retain position Gyokeres a threat and serious questions regarding godden now

Appreciate both teams at the wrong end of the league but the atmosphere here is a bit dire

Think the sunny autumnal days do that. Makes everybody a bit lethargic. Plus I'm not there, which will always make it a bit quieter

Nothing else matter, bar the result. Come on boys !!!!!!!!

You can tell both sides are low on confidence but we’re worth the lead at half time. Need a second goal though, we’ve looked unconvincing on their few forays forwards.

Crooks is almost literally twice the size of Allen

You can tell they’re shitting their pants when Gyokeres picks up the ball. Would be brilliant if we had COH to do it as well.

Allen so much better in this position. Dabo and Bidwell looking good and Vic. Godden struggling.

Best but of the half was someone near me shouting “Lino, you’re flag sized” at the tiny Lino

The back line worries me. We need more when we get to their penalty area. We need to go for the jugular and get another at least I feel. Boro' not much to offer yet they could have score twice.

I think a Bristol City fan mentioned the number on here before and it’s also here - Palmer, Pearson and a Bristol City transfer problem three years in the making

Decent so far. Middlesbrough not offered much but could/should have equalised. Back line not that solid and give ball away too often unnecessarily. Palmer my motm so far:strong, shields ball well and creative.

Think COH and Palmer could leave the two behind them pretty exposed.

Rose should come on to give balance to that side and familiarity to the defenders. It's a risk I wouldn't take leaving young Doyle there.

You'd have to think that they were so desperate to get rid that they are still paying some of that?

Rose brings about as much balance as me when I had that sinus infection the other day.

We have no Hamer or O'Hare and against this lot (despite their position) i would still have taken a draw today before ko. Their fans were saying it was a must win (understandably) beforehand. If we could get 3 points, I think it would be an incredible boost for all. Can't remember feeling as nervous as this during a game for a long time.

Surely no more than Godden who'd be the one to make way?
