Yes i love the Inov8 X-Talons. I'm currently using the Adidas fell shoe, its incredibly comfortable, but not very durable, so i'll probably go back to Inov8 next.

For a Cross Country race i wear Spikes.... But i'd recommend something like Inov8/Salomon if you're not used to spikes.
