Really pleased with my progress lately. I've made a lifestyle change as well as a dietary change and it's been a steady loss since January. When I look really short term it appears I've stalled but looking at the monthly progress I'm still trending the right way.

It's not always about the scales. Your body will continue to change even if the weight doesn't go down constantly.

I park at Morrisons Queensbury. It's proper easy to get to off the M1 and £7.50 for 24 hours. 2 stops from Wembley.
